Podcasts, Interviews & Appearances
'Barking Up The Right Tree' - September 2022
And this event was my first ever in-person talk and you will see just how nervous I was throughout! I am grateful however to have been given this opportunity to speak for the first time in such a safe place and want to take this opportunity to thank my public speaking mentor, Dani Wallace for her support on the lead up to this event.

For a person who struggled a great deal with crippling stage fright and panic attacks for numerous years, it is amazing how having a real passion for what you do can help you to step into your vulnerability and do the unthinkable.

I continue to share this talk because I feel it is important to remind ourselves where we started and demonstrate just how far we've came.
"Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you're feeling. To have the hard conversations" - Brene Brown
